Christmas Lunch 2013 updated 12Nov13

 Our annual Association Xmas Lunch will be held on Wednesday, December 11th in the usual venue; the Hawker YMCA Centre, Richmond Road, Kingston.

The cost of the Lunch this year is £16.50, a 50p increase over last year. Since the cost has been kept at £16 for the past three years, this increase comes as no surprise.

Bookings for the Lunch will be taken at the next Meeting on November 13th, or afterwards by phoning Ken Batstone on 01932 229938. Alternatively, just send Ken a cheque for £16.50 per person made out to The Hawker Association, to 42 Kings Road, Walton on Thames, Surrey  KT12 2RA.

All bookings should be made by December 4th, which allows the YMCA to make their arrangements for the event. The Menu will be the same as last year, with a main course vegetarian option. If you require a vegetarian meal or if you would prefer the fish to the turkey, would you please make this clear when booking your Lunch.

Attendees at the Lunch are requested to arrive at the Hawker Centre at 12.30pm for a pre lunch drink and socialising, with the Lunch being served at about 1.15pm. NOTE the time is earlier than for our usual meetings.
