      Dick Wise was an avionics engineer and Director Harrier, and Lt Cdr Chris Goetke is the CO of the RN Historic Flight.
     If you have a suggestion for the 12th September Social please let the Editor know.
     Unless stated otherwise, meetings are at 'YMCA Hawker, Kingston - the old Sports & Social Club - and start at 14.00. Lunch and drinks are available beforehand, tea afterwards, and there is a large, free car park.    
     Harrier Heritage Centre. Up to thirty Members are invited to RAF Wittering on Wednesday 26th September. There is a reservation fee of £10 per person for those wishing to go. Please send your cheque, payable to the The Hawker Association, to Frank Rainsborough at Chertsey Cottage, 8 Chertsey Road, Ashford Common, Middlesex, TW15 1SN. Cheques must be received by 8th August or handed in at the Association’s meeting that day. The fee is non-refundable and will be donated to RAF Wittering’s chosen charity. Entry is free. Please include your email address for Frank to use for sending information when it becomes available. Members are to use and possibly share their own transport to get there by about midday.
