Distance from Kingston approx 80 miles

Travelling time by road from Kingston approximately 90 minutes.

Members make own travel arrangements to arrive by 10:30

The agenda for the day.

Arrive at 10:30 am, visit comfort stations.

Assemble in the Conference Room which will serve as the group base for the day.

Have tea/coffee refreshments.

Attend a short overview of BDAC, by Graham Horner BDAC Events Manager,

and John Sharpe Project Director.

Move to a review of the collection - with guides as required.

Attend the XX154 demonstration of functioning systems - Electrics / U/C.|

Return to conference room for refreshments and to open own packed lunches.

Maybe a 16MM film show, circa 20 mins.

Have a group photo at XX154

Return to the collection or depart as required.

Complete by 15:30.
