HIGH SOCIETY

Have you seen the May edition of Aeroplane Monthly? The Association got a full page write up by Sections Editor Nick Stroud, son of Member Mike. Headed "High Society" it included a potted history of 'Hawkers' and full details of the Association and its aims together with our logo and a vintage black and white photograph of the ever-beautiful Hunter, in this case WT557.

DAMBUSTERS

The Channel 4 programme celebrating the dam raids featured Dunsfold's Chief Inspector, Ray Grayston, who was flight engineer on Les Knight's Lancaster which breached the Eder dam. Ray's full story is told in the April edition of Saga Magazine.
